Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Twinkle Voyage Pty Ltd (ABN: 12 345 678 901). Please read carefully before booking.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit (30% of total tour price) or full payment. Final payment is due 30 days before tour departure. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment plans available for bookings made 60+ days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer: 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee. 14-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: No refund. Travel credit (valid 24 months) available as alternative to refund.
Cancellation by Twinkle Voyage: Full refund or alternative tour date if we cancel due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for consequential expenses (flights, accommodation).
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain tours. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost/delayed luggage, and personal liability. You are responsible for ensuring adequate coverage.
Health and Fitness Requirements
You must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or fitness limitations that may affect tour participation. Some tours require specific fitness levels as indicated in tour descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse participation if health/fitness concerns pose safety risks.
Passport and Visa Requirements
Valid passport required (minimum 6 months validity). International visitors responsible for obtaining appropriate Australian visas. We provide general guidance but visa approval is not guaranteed. Tour cancellation due to visa denial does not entitle you to refund.
Tour Participation
Minimum age requirements vary by tour (specified in descriptions). Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. You must follow guide instructions and safety protocols. We reserve the right to remove participants who endanger themselves or others, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the tour experience. No refund for removal due to misconduct.
Liability and Indemnity
Adventure tourism involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our negligence), loss or damage to personal property, delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control, or acts of third-party service providers.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, war or civil unrest, or strikes. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or travel credit but are not obligated to provide refunds.
Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide equivalent alternatives. Minor itinerary changes do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
Intellectual Property
All website content, tour materials, photographs, and branding are owned by Twinkle Voyage or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Photos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt-out in writing.
Privacy and Data
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. We share necessary information with tour suppliers and service providers. You consent to receive communications related to your booking.
Complaints and Disputes
Complaints should be raised immediately with your tour guide or our office. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days. Disputes not resolved through our complaints process may be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or resolved through NSW courts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect.

Acknowledgment
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
This agreement applies to all bookings made through our website, email, or in person.
